Is one of the limited licensed tourist agencies in Bhutan.
It was born of the royal government's policy to privatize the tourist industry in 1991, and has been in business 9 years. Bae-Yul has been the brainchild of Chhimmy K. Tobgyel, the Managing director and the proprietor of the agency. Chhimmy himself worked for many years for the government's Department of tourism before the industry`s privatisation.
Thus, not only does Chhimmy embody in himself many years of rich experience, but has rallied around himself the support and teamwork of fellows he trained and served with in the government.
