Beayul Excursion: Your Door to Bhutan

The DAILY tariff for tourists visiting in a group and individual are as follows:

  • Single Person -US$ 200.00. surcharge: US$ 40.00

  • Two Persons - US$ 200.00/person. Surcharge: US$ 30.00/per person.

  • Three persons & above - US$ 200.00/person.

  • Eleven persons and above - 1 person 50% discount on tour and Air.

  • Sixteen persons and above - 1 person FOC

The daily tariffs given above are applicable per tourist per night halt in Bhutan. On the day of departure, the local agent host obligation shall be limited to breakfast only and any extra requirements shall be payable on actual basis. The tariff is inclusive of charges for Accommodation, Meals, Land transport within Bhutan, Services of guides and porters, Supply of pack and riding ponies and cultural programs when and where available. The tariff shall apply uniformly irrespective of locations, seasons and the type of accommodation provided/asked for.

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

Tour Programmes booked and subsequently cancelled shall be subject to cancellation charges as follows:

  • within 30 days of start of programme ~ no charges.

  • within 21 days ~ 10% of rate.

  • within 14 days ~ 15% of rate.

  • within 7 days ~ 30% of rate.

  • less than 7 days or without notice ~ 50% of rate.

  • after arrival in Bhutan ~ 100%.
     

DELAYED ARRIVAL
 

There is no charge for delays in arrival and departure because of weather conditions disrupting flights or road blocks. The tourist must however bear the cost of food, accommodation, transportation, and other services required.
